I loved what Kathleen included in the chapters. I was a little skeptical at first, but as I read the opening pages of this very well written reflection I was intrigued. Really inventive stuff. A gorgeous picture of every recipe so you know what you're aiming for. The book was inspiring, and it hits the nail on the head. It's time we stop watering down our curriculum!
